This single vineyard Chardonnay was barrel fermented in French oak. Fruit was handpicked and chosen from select vines in the Harvey region.
The palate is fruit driven with hints of lime peel and creme brulee, gently supported by warm vintage oak.
Ideal with duck salad and rich chicken dishes.
