Bunches of perfectly ripened Chardonnay grapes were gently squeezed into French oak Barriques for a natural fermentation. The juice then underwent malolactic fermentation prior to maturation on yeast lees for 10 months.
This wine shows a purity of white nectarines imbued by subtle hints of spice and crème brûlée from a small portion of new Burgundian oak.
