shirazoldThis Shiraz fruit is a not so secret favourite of owner, Mark Moloney. Ripening benefits from warm, sunny days and cool evening winds typical to the area. Vine yield is limited and carefully managed to produce small batches of premium Shiraz fruit.

The palate is rich and satisfying with dense prune and raspberry flavours supported by seamlessly integrated mocha oak and a velvety tannin structure.

The nose has alluring aromas of ripe raspberries and liqueur cherries with hints of smoky cinnamon oak.
