This fruit is a not so secret favourite of owner, Mark Moloney. Ripening benefits from warm, sunny days and cool evening winds typical to the area. Vine yield is limited and carefully managed to produce small batches of premium Shiraz fruit.

The palate is rich and seamless with fine grained tannins and subtle flavours of plum, mocha and exotic spices.

The nose offers typical blueberry fruit characters supported by hints of smoky, fried cardamom oak.

We bought a couple of bottles of this Shiraz at the Waroona show last October. I rediscovered it at the bottom of our pantry a couple of days ago, and it is quite honestly one of the best drops of Shiraz I have ever tasted.
