This elegant sparkling wine was made using the traditional Methode Champenoise technique. Chardonnay fruit was picked early from the Kruger’s Block vines to retain natural acidity. A limited production of 130 dozen were produced from low yielding vines.
The palate is flavoursome and rich with balanced, crisp and clean citrus flavours that are zesty and refreshing.
The nose has complex aromas of baked pastry, hazelnut, lanolin and orange rind.
A classic aperitif to sip with fresh oysters.
