2023 Mixtos Rojo

This blend of Tempranillo with a small amount of Shiraz is from the exceptional 2023 vintage which had cool weather and an extended ripening season. It allowed us to put together this field blend of varieties which showcases the best of both.

Aromatics suggest stewed plums and black pastilles from the perfectly ripe fruit with supporting hints of aniseed, five spice and cinnamon. The palate is lush and rich with sweet black fruit, silky tannins and a long savoury finish.

Perfect with tapas or roasted or BBQ meats.
