Perfect clusters of Chardonnay grapes are gently squeezed into French oak Barriques for a natural ferment. The juice underwent partial malolactic fermentation before ten month maturation on yeast lees.
Lifted orange sherbet and nectarine fruit aromas are backed by hints of creamy nutmeg custard. The palate is balanced with clean bracing acidity, peachy fruit and great length with hints of baked sour dough, roasted nuts and dukkah spices.
